I know you're all biting your nails in anticipation for my update. Wait, you're not?! Well, anyway. Here you go. :)
1. Lose 50 lbs Well, I didn't gain any weight this month. That being said, I did lose almost a pound. :\ I have noticed some major changes in the way my clothes fit, not to mention that I'm getting some seriously strong muscles especially in my arms, abs, and legs. So although I didn't do much toward this goal...I did. Make sense? Tomorrow starts a couch to 5K program to go along with my regular time at the gym doing weights and the elliptical plus doing Zumba at least twice a week. If I don't show some major improvements this month, we'll look into the reasons why...
2. Read 50 books I have started several books, but only finished one. (Does that kind of remind you of goal #1?) I'm amending this goal to reading 50 books total, regardless of whether or not I've read it before.
3. Read the scriptures more this year. Doing way better on this, and it has really improved my life in all aspects.
4. Spend time/Read to kids each day. Going pretty awesome. We had a couple of zone-into-the-boob-tube-so-Mom-doesn't-lose-her-ever-loving-mind days, but mostly we have had really good times together.
February=Better, not best.
