14 months....

We're visiting my sister Amy and her family this weekend, so we got these great photos from my talented sister! I can't believe how big he's getting! He's babbling like crazy and looks more and more like a toddler every day.
We just found out tonight that our awesome friends Natalie and Quentin are expecting a baby!!! We are sooo excited for them, and Andrew is going to love having a little playmate. :)
It's like I can actually hear him saying, " Sup? I'm just chillin."
We love our life. And for good reason!

So after a week of boxing up all our stuff, cleaning, scrubbing, unpacking, cutting my toe, sweating like crazy, getting sore from head to toe, I thought we were in need of a break. No such luck.
1. Washing machine started leaking oil- got it fixed. Luckily it only cost $40.

2. Found out one of the family room corners was wet (still don't know why, but I'm sure it is a leak in the foundation) and so all the boxes stacked in that corner got soaked. Water damage to our books. Lovely. Luckily it was only about 20 or so and the damage wasn't too extensive.

3. Filled a cart full of groceries, Andrew was freaking out and starving, so I opened a box of Cheez-its and he ate those. Came to find out my credit card wouldn't go through at the register so had to wait for Michael to leave his work at the school to come bail me out.

4. Set Andrew down for a minute while trying to call the credit card company to find out why my card wasn't going through. Andrew ran into the ajoining Subway, into their kitchen, and all the way back into the storeroom before I could catch him.

I deserved a break. So while Andrew was napping, I headed over to www.awkwardfamilyphotos.com and laughed so hard I was crying. Here's a little taste of the hilarity.

Move along, now.

We are in the process of moving across town this weekend. We're almost all moved in, and have all the kitchen set up. Now for the rest of the house. I feel just like Miss Stony above, only I know how to dress myself properly...
(But we now have Internet connection at home! Connection to the outside world! Yay! :)

We were in Salem for the 4th of July weekend. Here's Jason (Jeanette's husband) with his birthday pies. :)
Andrew revolutionizing the use of bubblewrap. It's not just for packing and temporary casts anymore....
Here's Andrew at Pizza Hut. He ate 2 peices of pizza, plus a bunch of other stuff. Growing boy! He's also wearing a shirt that used to belong to his daddy when he was small. Ca-ute!
At home watching Blue's Clues. He was apparently feeling pretty relaxed.
We went to the Fox theater last week and saw Wicked with our friends Natalie and Quentin. It was awesome, of course, and we had a great weekend!!!
Watching Daddy mow the lawn.
Proof that he's not pleasant all the time. I believe I wouldn't let him hold the camera here.
Eating peas. I think he looks adorable here.

Sorry that most of these are of Andrew, but he's the main subject at our house. :)
