"Oh, Mommy. Look at his tiny cheeks."
I think Charlie is thinking, "Get back over here, buddy. I like this attention."
He was caught mid-blink, I think. And Charlie was caught mid-smile.
Andrew adores his baby brother. I mean, he really loves him so much. They are so sweet together, and it really warms my heart to watch.
